    In the warm glow of a private Beverly Hills residence, five of Hollywood's most celebrated stars gathered for a night of shared laughter and culinary delight. The conversation, fueled by vintage wine and a deep sense of privacy, flowed as freely as the five meticulously crafted courses. With a staff that moved like shadows—respectful of their discretion and discreet in their service—the focus remained on the genuine camaraderie and shared stories. This was not a red carpet event, but a rare glimpse into the authentic connections that exist behind the silver screen. For five hours, friendship was the main course, proving that even in a world of glitz and glamour, the best moments are found in good company and unforgettable food.

Meet Don Gragg

As an aspiring young chef, Don landed a coveted cooking position at Chez Panisse, the renowned Berkeley, California-based restaurant from Alice Waters. The restaurant’s elevated approach to rustic cooking inspired Don throughout his illustrious career. Don’s career encompasses cooking in the South of France, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, as well as at Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Don served as the Executive Chef in prominent Colorado kitchens, including Sacre Bleu, Mel’s Bar and Grill, Mateo, Radda Trattoria and Starfish. Throughout his travels and cooking career, Don has always advocated for allowing high quality ingredients to speak for themselves. He takes styles and flavors from around the world and effortlessly merges them into unique and new dishes.
